What's on in Moorabool
There's so much to do in Moorabool. Each season brings with it an array of things to do, places to visit and festivals to attend.
Summer
Highlights of the summer program include the hugely popular Ballan Vintage Machinery Rally.
Autumn
A spectacular time of year to visit. The autumnal colour of orchards, the Avenue of Honour in Bacchus Marsh, and parks and gardens across the Shire are spectacular. Plan a trip to coincide with the Harvest Festival in Bacchus Marsh or the Ballan Autumn Festival.
Spring
Spring gives rise to the start of the harvest season. The fields come alive with an array of delicious fruit. First to ripen in the Spring season are the strawberries and cherries. Don't miss the Strawberries & Cherries festival which celebrates these fabulous fruits.
Winter
Don't let winter keep you indoors. Enjoy a wintery day trip, a visit to one of the markets, or a hearty winter meal at one of the fantastic restaurants and cafes across the region. The Sunday roast is alive and well!
